About Ballyvooney Cove

Ballyvooney is a stony Copper Coast cove with real character, about three kilometres west of Bunmahon on the Stradbally road, with informal parking above it. A shipwreck lies visible on the rocks at low tide, and the cove's caves hide a secret beach. The caves and the hidden beach can only be reached at low water, so this is a place to read the tide carefully before exploring.
