Streedagh Beach
About Streedagh Beach
Streedagh is a dramatic three-kilometre Green Coast beach in north Sligo, a long sandy strand backed by dunes with Benbulben and Benwiskin rising behind. Known for its history as the wreck site of three Spanish Armada ships, it is a renowned surfing and walking beach, lifeguarded at peak times in summer. The vast strand and mountain backdrop make it unforgettable.
