Littor Strand is a quiet Green Coast beach on the Shannon Estuary coast of north Kerry, near Ballylongford. A long, unspoilt stretch of sand and shingle backed by low fields, it offers a peaceful walk with wide estuary views and abundant birdlife. Far from the tourist trail, it has a remote, natural character and no lifeguard or facilities, so come prepared and take care in the water. It is a place for solitude, walking and quiet coastal beauty.
