About Inchydoney West Beach
Inchydoney West is the second of the two famous Blue Flag beaches at Inchydoney near Clonakilty, a wide strand of golden sand on the other side of the rocky headland from the East Beach. Lifeguarded in summer and renowned for surfing and swimming, it is a beautiful, popular West Cork beach. With reliable waves, swimming is best kept within the lifeguarded flags.
