Inch
About Inch
Inch Beach is a striking sand spit reaching several kilometres out into Dingle Bay, with the mountains of the Iveragh Peninsula rising across the water. Its long, flat strand is a favourite for walking, beginner surfing and family days, and has featured in several films. The firm sand and gentle gradient make it easy to access, with parking behind the dunes and a café at the entrance. Rip currents can occur, so swimming is safest between the summer lifeguard flags.
