About Galley Cove
Galley Cove is a small, sheltered Green Coast beach near Crookhaven in West Cork, a pretty sandy cove looking out towards the Fastnet Rock lighthouse. There is no lifeguard, so swimming should be taken with care, but the calm, clear water and the lovely setting near the village of Crookhaven make it a peaceful spot for a swim at the south-western tip of Ireland.
