East End Bay, Inishbofin
About East End Bay, Inishbofin
East End Bay at Cloonamore is a sheltered Green Coast beach on the island of Inishbofin, off the Connemara coast, a quiet sandy strand reached by ferry from Cleggan. There is no lifeguard, so swimming should be taken with care, but the calm, clear water and the island's wild beauty make it a wonderful place to swim, walk and watch for seals and seabirds.
