Céibh an Spidéal
About Céibh an Spidéal
Céibh an Spidéal is the Blue Flag beach at Spiddal in the Connemara Gaeltacht, a sandy strand beside the pier and village on the Galway Bay coast. Lifeguarded in summer, it is a popular, family-friendly beach with the village's craft centre, cafés and pubs close by. The sheltered bay, the Connemara setting and the Gaeltacht atmosphere make it a favourite stop on the coast road west of Galway.
